Refund policy

The research-based products we carry are manufactured under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and pass all Health Canada regulatory, quality, and purity requirements for premium grade natural health supplements. We stand behind the quality of our products and hope they will meet your expectations. But in case they don't we offer a full refund on your purchase if you're not happy or you've changed your mind.
60 Day Return Period
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Natralii refunds 100% of your purchase price on all unopened items. Unopened items must be sealed in original packaging and in saleable condition. For opened items we will refund you up to fifty percent of the value of unused product remaining. Maximum of one opened item will be refunded.
Items sent back to us without first receiving return authorization will not be accepted for refund.
Damages / Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we may make it right for you.
Our Returns Process
To get started please contact us here or reply to the email address on your order confirmation email, and provide the details of your order and/or item. We will then provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first receiving return authorization will not be accepted. Frequent returns are subject to an account review; a restocking fee of 20% applies to accounts with frequent returns. Orders cancelled after being processed or prior to shipment are subject to processing fees incurred. Shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs, duties, fees, and/or taxes to return items back to us.
Non-returnable Items
Products marked as final sale, expired products, and gift cards cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns
We will contact you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your returned item. Approved requests will be refunded on your original payment method. It may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund to your account.
