I have been taking the Calcium and Magnesium for two years. My DEX scan has shown good improvement! I will continue to use it and going to the gym and walking. I love that it is plant based.

I can't say enough good things about this calcium. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and needed this. It's way better than others I have seen and affordable!
