Boswellia or Frankincense is so good for inlfammation, arthritis, gut issues, and combined with tumeric it can really help the body. It's one herb that I would not do without. So glad the Natralii carries such a good quality of it. Always will recommend it to others and to Natralii for good quality and prices.

I have only been using it for a month and a half so do not know if it has helped. Time will tell if it has helped. I am in the border line of osteopenia and osteoporosis.
The pills are easy to swallow. And I don't show any side effects from taking it so far.

I have been taking the Calcium and Magnesium for two years. My DEX scan has shown good improvement! I will continue to use it and going to the gym and walking. I love that it is plant based.

I only started taking calcium in my 60s. I am now 84 years old. I know I have osteoporosis (tested approximately 20 years ago). But to date I have no arthritis and as far as I can tell no bone related illness. I have tried reading up on how calcium supplements are manufactured. You really need to have a PHD in all the related disciplines to know what is the best product. I do my best! A few months ago I found Certified Naturals. I liked the formulation of the calcium, magnesium, and k2. “… maintain muscle function, … heart muscle… helps in energy matabolism, tissue formation and bone development. “. I am 4’11” female, a little overweight because I like my sugar!!
Needless to say I want to stay with this product. Although I am on a fixed income and sometimes skip a day every now and then, I will continue to order your product as long as I can. Thank you Harriet Romero
